Strategic Plan

    OAYEC is committed to ensuring that it has a strong and purposeful focus for the next four years. With the theme of "Doing it on Purpose", the new Strategic Plan sets forth the course OAYEC will follow for the next four years.

    OAYEC's vision is to be the "Go To" organization for youth employment issues. The Strategic Communications Plan was developed in July 2006 to support OAYEC in fulfilling this vision, particularly within the context of the LMDA.

    OAYEC's 2003 / 2004 Annual Report celebrates our 15th Anniversary and looks ahead with our new Strategic Plan. The report includes highlights from the past year, including the announcements of OAYEC's "core funding" from the Counselling Foundation, the beginning of our new EVIDENCE program as well as our 15th Anniversary AGM & Conference.

    OAYEC's Annual Report for 2002/3 is now available on our website. This Annual Report highlights the success of our popular 'Double Cohort' Survey as well as showcasing the many activities OAYEC was engaged in this past year.
