OAYEC facilitates professional development opportunities for youth employment practitioners across Ontario.

Building skills of Youth Employment Centre staff is key to strengthening Youth Employment Services across Ontario. OAYEC is dedicated to coordinating professional development opportunities, not just to OAYEC Members, but to any professionals in Ontario that work with youth on employment issues.

How OAYEC fosters professional development

1. Hosting an annual professional development conference
   OAYEC offers an Annual Conference every Fall that provides training sessions to front-line workers and to managers. Learn more about this year's conference
2. Coordinating Professional Development Opportunities throughout the Year
   OAYEC coordinates additional professional development opportunities throughout the year. As these opportunities arise, information will be posted on OAYEC's web site.
3. Disseminating other Training Opportunities to our Network of Members
