OAYEC is excited to announce the launch of Pump Up Your Future!

Pump Up Your Future provides resources to assist OAYEC member agencies to integrate a holistic healthy training program to complement the client job search process. 

We have created a Train the Trainer Facilitator Curriculum to help you implement health promotion workshops and activities in your agency. The curriculum provides practical, easy-to-use information and resources on topics such as:

• Physical activity
• Nutrition
• Motivation
• Relaxation and self-care

This program is an opportunity to inspire employment centre clients and staff to be physically active and healthy. The program will run from November 2007 to February 2008.
